Refund & Exchange Policy:
Goods sold by Blue Bridge Packaging are easily damaged, thus, we do not accept any return / exchange of good once after delivery is made.
Blue Bridge Packaging will only exceptionally process refunds only if the goods have been damaged at the time of delivery. We hope to seek your understanding in this case.
Packaging damaged during transportation which does not affect the usage of product(s) will not be considered as defect, and any request of refund will not be entertained.
When encounter damaged goods upon arrival, kindly take a photo together with the package & receipt and WHATSAPP with your order ID. We will process it as soon as possible.
Refunds processed through direct debit / credit card / ewallet that transactions using the Ipay88 gateway can only be returned to the original account used for payment. Refunds typically take 1-7 business day, but can take up to 7 days to clear depending on original method of payment.
Blue Bridge Packaging reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment.
