ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALL READY STOCK?

Yes, most of them are ready stock, unless the products are remarked as [PRE].

For Pre-Order products, order may take 14-21 business days (not including Public Holiday and Weekends) to fulfill.

Please place your orders separately if you wish to post out the in-stock products prior otherwise your order will be sent out once pre-order products arrived.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE DELAY?

We aim to deliver the product at soonest manner possible.

We shall notify you that there may be delayed or cancelled due to delayed shipment or insufficient stocks arrived etc.

For delayed and cancelled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable.

For cancelled backorder products, you can decide to have a refund or exchange to equal price products.

DELIVERY POLICY

DO YOU PROVIDE SELF PICKUP SERVICE?

Yes. We do provide self pickup. You may click “self pickup” during checkout phase.

Kindly contact our Customer Service Team for pick up address and confirmation of pick up time.

Pick up is only available on weekdays 8:30a.m. to 5p.m.(excluding Malaysia Public Holidays)

we will not be accepted if coming by non appointment time slot : )

 

Kindly note the followings terms and condition when using Blue Bridge Packaging:

We'll take (West Malaysia) 5 to 7 workings days (excluding weekends) 

(East Malaysia) 7 to 10 workings days (excluding weekends) 

(SG)  7 to 14 workings days (excluding weekends)

to send your items for mailing once you’ve purchased them from Blue Bridge Packaging.

 

 

*Note: Time of delivery may vary if your date or purchase is during any festive season.

All orders will be considered as a confirmed transaction, thus Blue Bridge Packaging is able to provide a refund only if the customer make a purchase on the same item repeatedly.

If you realised that there’s a repeated in the items you purchased, kindly WHATSAPP your Order ID. If the items are yet to be delivered, we’ll be able to cancel the order of make a refund.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we're not able to make any further changes for your orders.​

As BBP is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out!
